If you’re interested in a career that offers professional and lifestyle flexibility and doesn’t require a college degree, consider becoming a real estate agent! The field offers strong earning potential and the ability to run your own business without taking on college debt. Real estate can be a productive full-time career or side hustle that becomes your main hustle.
There are a variety of other careers within real estate that offer similar opportunities, many of which don’t require a college degree. You could make a career as a home inspector, appraiser, mortgage broker, real estate photographer, title officer, escrow officer, and so much more! There are ample educational, professional development and mentoring opportunities to help you hit the ground running. Job Shadow will be held for 4-5 hours, on a Saturday, in late April or early May. Job shadow will be held at CCAR offices at 1514 Broadway, Ste 102, Vancouver WA 98663. Lunch will be provided.
