GEAR UP logoGaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs, or GEAR UP, is a federal grant-funded program that provides services to the class of 2023.

GEAR UP services begin with McLoughlin seventh graders and follow them through the next six years, including through high school graduation and into their first year of life after high school.
