Fort Vancouver High School Center for International Studies will be holding student-led conferences this week. Conferences are scheduled in the Commons from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 20th (Note: Teachers will have a dinner break from 5:30 to 6 p.m.) and from 8 to 11 a.m. on Friday, April 21st. Students and their families will have the opportunity to meet with teachers during this time. At their first selected conference, students will respond to a series of questions that address their learning styles, career and life goals, activities and experiences, and well as plans for the 2017-2018 school year. Students and families will receive a passport to document their conferences with teachers. Completed passports (initialed by each of a student’s teachers) can be entered into a raffle for a PlayStation4. The drawing for the PS4 will be held later in May.
